What ReelsAudio will and will not generate, how we handle disclosure, and how rights and takedown requests are processed.
Faceless content is not automatically deceptive, but it can be. This policy draws a line between automated production that makes original work and automation that impersonates people or misrepresents events.
It also documents the guardrails we build into the product, so you know what the software will and will not generate before you publish.
The product refuses these, and we suspend workspaces that attempt them through any route:
If a platform requires AI-generated content to be labelled, ReelsAudio applies that label during export by default. We do not provide a way to strip it, because doing so would defeat the purpose.
If your content is a fictional narrative, we encourage a simple on-screen or caption disclosure. It protects you and it protects us.
Publishing through ReelsAudio does not exempt you from the terms of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Snapchat. Those platforms may restrict or remove AI-generated content on their own terms, and in some cases restrict the use of automation to publish at all.
You are responsible for knowing the rules of each platform you connect, and for the consequences if a platform changes them.
If you believe content published from a ReelsAudio workspace infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the URL and the basis of your claim. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and to act within 10.
Valid claims result in removal of the offending export and, where warranted, suspension of the workspace. Repeated deliberate infringement ends the account.
Report anything that breaks this policy to [email protected]. We review reports from anyone, not only rights holders. Anonymous reports are accepted but are harder for us to act on.
Write to us and we will answer plainly, and correct the page if we get something wrong.
